Stopped by to quickly get a band removed and replaced on a watch. the man behind the counter was incredibly helpful, fast, and reasonable. Will definitely be swinging by there again.

I went in to have a watch sized that I did not purchase from the store. The gentleman working there was attentive and helpful. He looked at the watch on my wrist and sized the bracelet perfectly on the first shot. Not only that but, he took the time to take equal links from both sides of the bracelet so the clasp falls dead center on my wrist. While I did not purchase any of his jewelry, I looked around and saw a few ideas for the wife for Christmas.... I will of course shop here again. In this day of the Big Box Store, take time to shop a nice local store where you deal with someone who obviously cares about the customer.
