Just got back from inquiring about new membership and was a little disappointed. The young man at the desk had no knowledge of the fees, process, etc. There was another guy behind the counter, I assumed he worked there, who informed me that the young man was new. I felt bad for the guy. He looked liked a deer in headlights with each question I asked. Management should not have this guy up front without someone training him. He didn't know where to go on the computer to find new membership info. If this is a sign of things to look forward to I may have to pass. The guy who was out of uniform behind the counter, after explaining that the young man was new, then began telling me about a new location they're opening up in Scarsdale. ???
