I met Guy, owner of Universal Renovations, after a previous contractor had mismanaged and abandoned a bathroom project. Of all the contractors I spoke to, Guy was the only one who came in to assess the project on the same day. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. I was even able to leave him and his workers in my apartment while I went to work, which was an added bonus for me!
