The representative who answered the phone sounded like he was doing me a huge favor even talking to me. All I asked was to come and measure my carpet due for replacement, and gave him the exact description of the existing one, white with grey/brown speckles in it, so that should not have left a huge lot of sample choices to bring into my home. I have severe arthritis, and hardly ever leave the house, because to use a walking stick still hurts my ego:) The company was not friendly in any way.
