Bolla Operating Corporation

I just recently wanted to purchase a cup of coffee from this establishment. They had no coffee sleeves to avoid burning your hands so I doubled up on the coffee cup. However, when I went to check out, the cash register person wanted to charge me an extra $1 for the empty cup. The coffee in the cup without the sleeve was extremely hot and there was no way that I was leaving there without an extra cup. The only reason I added the extra cup is because they were out of the coffee sleeves to protect your hands from getting burned. I think this is absolutely horribly disgusting. I would never, never run a business like this. It is not my fault that they do not have sleeves. That is their problem, which they could so simply have easily remedied. I obviously left, and I will never, never, never give the establishment my business because of the way I was treated. They were only concerned with the value of the empty cup and were not all concerned about me potentially having a really bad burn from the hot coffee. You know, I said to them, so would you rather get sued for me getting a burn. It's just really sad and unfortunate that people can actually in their good conscience treat people like this. But you know it all comes back around. And I realize this post is a bit long but maybe it might people think of what good customer service and true values should really be.
