Mattress Firm Bay Ridge

The customer service here is top rate. My wife and I bought a mattress from here and unfortunately didn't end up liking the first one we chose (Goldilocks effect). We were able to exchange the mattress (they have a generous exchange policy) with one that better fit our sleeping preferences. We were first helped by Jeff who was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we returned the mattress we were helped by Joe. He was professional, knowledgeable and very apologetic about not getting the right mattress the first time. He helped us pick a mattress that better suited us, and cut us some breaks with the return fees. Even though we didn't get the right mattress the first time, both sales reps were helpful and knowledgeable.
