Unprofessional way to treat patients, your appointment time doesn't matter , you still have to sit and wait in line. I wasted 1 hour of my precious time, didn't get any service or even explanation or excuse why it takes so long. Seems to be its normal in this office. If you don't value your customers time - you don't value your monkey business.
