A week ago I had stopped by at 711 on 18th ave and 64st to get a small cup of coffee. I paid $.79 @18th ave location. When I walked into this location, they charged me $.99. And when I asked why, they told me the promo is over. Fine. Today, I walk into this location again. I bought a small cup of coffee and 2 donuts(glazed&chocolate...both should be the same price). I was charged for 3 donuts and a coffee. When I asked him why you charged me an extra donut, he replied that I told him that. Yet, he can clearly see what kinds of donut I took, but he can't count how many I had. And then he asked for my card so he can reprocess my transation. I told him "No, I dont even trust you with my garbage" This store is filled with racist idiots who don't know how to count, and if you come in with dark skin you get followed around. Go to the 711 on ave U and west 8th street, they're bigger and nicer. And I will report this to 711 direct.
