We worked with Annmarie when we purchased our home in Cortlandt Manor. She was referred to my husband by a colleague, who had also used her. She gave great advice and was extremely helpful as we navigated some truly insane circumstances with multiple sellers. She also helped us deal with an encroaching property, which was owned by three different investors (who weren’t all cooperative). She persisted until the issue was satisfactorily resolved. We found her to be knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to respond. I highly recommend.
