Millwood Hardware

I purchased a "True Value Grass Shears " from this store. I have been a relatively long term customer there. I brought the shears home and tried to cut the grass with them, to my disappointment, they did not cut well. I returned them two days later. I was told first that the store could not take them back because they were used. Then I was told that the blades were bent. I only tried to use them for less than 10 minutes. On the package it is stated that there is a 15 year warranty, and all I had to do was return it to the store with the receipt. The blades were not bent, but were as removed from the packaging by me. A reasonable store would say that the customer is always right, especially since the product was warrantied. I am disappointed by the attitude of Millwood Hardware and this type of customer care.
