Great staff & support system. Go during the week and go early don't go on the weekend. I repeat do not go on the weekend i.e Friday to Sunday. Please expect to be there between 4- 8 hours eat before going there or bring snacks. They offer coffee & tea with TV but that's it. Good luck.
