The worst experience ever. We picked a floor {took two appointments}. Then we made and confirmed a date of instillation. we got a call morning of instillation telling us the installers are nearby and they will arrive in an hour or two. after two hours I called the salesperson to ask about the timing she said "if they called you and said they were coming, then they are coming" After a couple of hours more i started calling all the EMPIRE numbers I had. about 3pm after many calls the salesperson said they not coming soon after the EMPIRE worst customer service persons ever also told me the New York Area offices were closed for the day
With all this mess up on the EMPIRE part
Nobody wants to talk to me or fix anything or even give a proper apology.
