DO NOT use If you are a Small Business.. Owners BEWARE!!! You will not be treated fairly vs. larger customers if you do not have tons of money sitting in your account at all times. We had previously been a happy/ loyal customer until we were stripped of essential business services we always had access to and used appropriately because someone up top decided we weren’t big enough of a company to utilize them anymore. Two hours later we were approved for the same services with another bank happy to have our business. Just goes to show you asinine people making the decisions at the top at Empire. There was no reason to lose us as a customer but they didn’t really care. They will never receive our referrals or good praise again. Good luck!
