Worst U-Haul experience ever. Reserved a truck online and got the confirmation email that it was available. Drove over and even though there are three trucks my size on the lot they tell me they won't rent to me. Said I had to go to another location. I asked about the guarantee and was told a bunch of things, from "it has to be made 24 hours in advance to, we didn't call you to say we had the truck.". It doesn't say that anywhere on the guarantee. I want my $50. Avoid this location. It's run by a bunch of idiots.
