Rossy's Nail Bar

I wanted to express my disappointment with my experience at this nail salon...I got my nails done at Rossy nails salon for the first time because my friend recommended it. I asked for acrylic nails and I showed pictures from their Instagram of the shape and how I wanted them to look. However, after my nails we're done, they were uneven, they were too thick and they looked cheap. I paid $44, she charged me for gel, even though I didn't ask for it. She asked me if I liked them.... I took a moment and I wanted to say no but she said "c'mon don't be difficult" I didn't ask her to redo them because my natural nails would get damaged. I expressed my disappointment to the owner, her concern was who did my nails, instead of saying "come back and I'll fix them, or at least give 5% discount on your next visit" and then ask who did them. So I was highly dissatisfied, I will not go back there and I would not recommend.
