I was assigned this dentist through my insurance. My first appointment was cancelled a few days prior. Rescheduled to about two weeks later. The dentist himself was a very nice man, but all he told me was that I have signs of gum disease and I needed X-rays. They gave me x-rays to be submitted to my insurance for a future procedure I would need. No one even gave me a cleaning. My teeth were only looked at and my gums were picked at by the doctor. They told me I would hear back from them in about 3-4 weeks to let me know if my insurance would approve the gum procedure. 8 weeks later, I tried calling them multiple times with no answer. I called my insurance to switch my dentist, and now I can’t even see a new dentist for a cleaning because this office told my insurance company that they gave me a cleaning already, which they absolutely did not. This place was only a hassle.
