I had an excellent experience with these guys. I'm new to the area and needed my laptop repaired for job searching. I had done everything I could on my own to get it to boot up (I have pretty great computer knowledge, but sometimes you just don't have the tools to do the full job). I took it to them, and they were friendly, helpful, and didn't treat me like a moron. I've found as a female also, sometimes going to computer repair places is a similar to going to an auto shop - not the case here. The price was right, they explained to me what they tried and what the problem was, how long it would take to get the new motherboard, how much that would cost and labor, when they were available, and when I'd be able to pick it up. I really am so thankful for them, they're awesome.
