Vanderkamp Center

Vanderkamp is an incredible place. The site is a huge place with a massive lake, comfortable housing, and lots of space for people to enjoy themselves. Its most defining characteristic is the immense love from staff-camper and camper-camper. Everyone there is so kind and truly cares about each other. The amount of personal interaction and loving communication from staff to camper was evident. One always sees them engaging the kids and having fun, new activities to enjoy. It seemed obvious that they were well trained and just happy to be there. I would recommend this to anyone, whether one wants to just attend in the fall to experience the beautiful site or to attend the summer camp, which I am primarily speaking of.
