UPS Customer Center - Rome

I normally do not have issues but two days now been told delay in delivery due to weather or natural disaster. REALLY then today it was out for delivery then no show. Get an email saying delay how. There is no bad weather in Rome,NY. These last two days. Come on lazy people. I hope it is at my door in the morning not late tomorrow.
