Bruegger's Bagels

I was just in there and typically the staff is warm and friendly but they have hired a new employee at the register who is rude and snotty. I was floored at her disrespect when the gentlemen making my sandwhich incorrectly made it and I redirected him kindly only to be greeted by her rude comment and roll of the eyes. When I left the store I overheard her talking about me. If they want to keep their place a nice environment they should really consider firing her.
