They were an hour and fourty minutes late picking up a scrap car from my home. I live four minutes from their business and the appointment was for 9:00am. I couldn't even get them to answer their phone the entire time I waited. When they did show up the guy told me to come out to the road and he'd "show me". He wanted to fight me because he was late and I said something! They didn't even take the car.
