My husband and I had to return a faulty torch, and the manager treated us badly. He implied that we broke the torch on purpose so that we could return it after we'd used it, which was completely false. The product was faulty when we opened the box. He did give us a refund, but he made us feel really bad about it.
Also, on a separate occasion, they told us that they no longer run car diagnostics for error codes. Then, we saw them run a diagnostic on someone else's vehicle right in front of us. Apparently they run them for some people and not others. Very unfair. Very dissatisfied.
