Where do I even begin?! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed by Jess. I met with Jeff Jr for my very first motorcycle, which he helped me find in a short period of time! It was exactly what I wanted as described. Scott was amazing to me in finance, addressing every detail with a positive attitude. Nobody is pushy and everyone has an immense amount of detailed knowledge about every aspect of HD - from bikes and parts, accessories, service, apparel and essentials such as helmets and boots, they know it all. The newly remodeled showroom is immaculate and clean. I really felt at home and I'm so excited to ride! I feel confident knowing I have the Hartrichs and their positive, knowledgeable team behind me every step of the way. Harley is certainly a lifestyle, but I wouldn't go anywhere other than this specific dealership who treated me like family and I couldn't be happier. Worth the ride.
