CVS Pharmacy

My prescription was on back order for a week. I asked when it finally arrived if this will be an on going issue stated no and acted like it never was on back order. This was a new script the pharm. did a counsel as it was new. The lady said looks like she increased it i never was on it before. So i get home and the directions on the bottle dont make sense so i call. The pharm. states thats why on counsel I thought Dr had increased. And said i should call my Dr to make it clear. Why wouldn't she call instead of not knowing as well how many i should take. Not good counsel at all.
