Sherry, the manager, told me to f-off and hung up on me when I called to discuss my dissatisfaction with cold pizza, flabby, cold chicken wings and the driver who forgot part of the order at the restaurant. Delivery took 1hr 45mins and then another 45mins for the delivery guy to come back to complete the order.
Awful food. Worse customer service. Don't know how they stay in business. However, I do owe the delivery guy an apology because I'm sure he was doing his best. Mistakes happen. Sorry dude.
Whoever owns the place might want to reconsider Sherry as manager. She cost you 3 customers, myself and my 2 friends that were with me. Telling a customer with a legitimate complaint to f-off and go somewhere else probably isn't in the hospitality textbook.
