I was a patient of this office for 8 years until today, when I called the billing manager Jill to clear up an insurance issue. She was very rude and impatient from the beginning of our conversation. After trying to get her to understand my situation she exploded with anger and called me an "INCOMPETENT IMBECILE." Last I checked a physicians office was supposed to help, not degrade the patient with emotional abuse.
